Event Day Transportation
Shuttles will be available on Saturday from Hotel Fiesta Americana to the wedding venue. If you’re staying at a different hotel, feel free to take a safe Uber or Didi to Fiesta Americana and hop on the shuttle from there.
You’re also welcome to take an Uber or Didi directly to the venue if you prefer.

Mérida International Airport (MID)
Located just 20 minutes by car from downtown Mérida, this airport is a practical and accessible option for guests traveling from within Mexico or abroad. There are direct flight connections from cities like Miami, Orlando, Houston, Atlanta, Dallas, and Chicago.
Taxis
Upon exiting the airport, use official taxis with visible branding and authorized plates.

If the vehicle does not have a taximeter, we recommend agreeing on the fare before getting in.
Uber & Didi
Please note that ride-sharing apps, such as Uber and Didi, are not permitted to pick up passengers directly outside the airport terminals. You may need to walk a short distance to a nearby pickup point. These services work well throughout the rest of Mérida.
As an alternative to Uber, locals often use Didi. We recommend downloading the Didi app in advance to ensure you have flexible options during your stay.

February in Mérida is warm and mostly sunny, with daytime temperatures around 86°F (30°C) and cooler evenings around 64°F (18°C). It’s a great time to visit, but the sun can be strong, so we recommend wearing light, breathable clothing, staying hydrated, and bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Comfortable shoes are also a good idea—get ready to enjoy the tropical weather and celebrate with us!
